We Buy Doublewides allows property owners to request a direct-purchase evaluation for a manufactured home and the seller-owned land beneath it. Our core service area is roughly 50 miles from Jeffersonville, Indiana, across Southern Indiana and the Louisville/Kentuckiana region. Properties outside the core area are considered individually.

We only purchase manufactured homes where the seller owns the land. We buy the home and land together as one transaction. We do not buy homes in mobile home parks, trailer parks, or on rented or leased land.

3. Contact Forms and Submissions

When you submit information through our contact forms, you represent that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• You have the legal authority to inquire about selling the property, or you are authorized to act on behalf of the property owner.
• You consent to being contacted by Roger or We Buy Doublewides by phone, email, or text message at the contact information you provide.

Submitting a form does not create a binding agreement to sell your property.

4. No Guarantee of Offers

Submitting your property information does not guarantee that we will make an offer. All offers are subject to our evaluation of the property. Any offer we provide is non-binding until a formal purchase agreement is signed by both parties.

5. No Obligation

There is no cost or obligation for requesting an evaluation. You may accept or decline an offer. We Buy Doublewides does not charge the seller a company fee or sales commission. A written offer and closing statement identify any transaction costs and valid mortgages, liens, taxes, or other payoffs that affect the seller's net.
