We Buy Doublewides provides a platform for homeowners to request cash offers on their manufactured homes (doublewides, singlewides, mobile homes) and the land they sit on. We are a direct cash buyer of manufactured homes on private land in Southern Indiana, Greater Louisville, and surrounding areas within a 50-mile radius of Sellersburg, Indiana.

We only purchase manufactured homes where the seller owns the land. We buy the home and land together as one transaction. We do not buy homes in mobile home parks, trailer parks, or on rented or leased land.
